Hiring begins, headlined by a Head Chef search.
Prezzo Italian has confirmed it will open a new restaurant at Norwich’s Riverside Entertainment (Unit 3a) this November. The opening marks a significant investment in the city’s thriving food and drink economy, creating more than 20 local jobs across culinary, front-of-house, and management disciplines
Situated adjacent to the city’s central leisure amenities and a short walk from Norwich railway station, the new venue has been designed to offer an inviting, modern Italian casual-dining experience for families, shoppers, cinema goers, and evening diners alike. The restaurant will feature Prezzo Italian’s signature menu of stone-baked sourdough pizzas, traditional and contemporary pasta dishes, vibrant seasonal antipasti, and an Italian-inspired cocktail and wine list.
A regional recruitment drive is now underway, led by the search for a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and mentor the team in a bespoke, state of the art kitchen. In addition to the Head Chef role, positions are open for an experienced General Manager to oversee front of house operations, together with talented Sous Chefs, and hospitality front of house team members.
