Taylor Wimpey is celebrating the official opening of its new Barton-le-Clay developments, The Vista and Clayridge Park at Barton Grange.
The new developments officially opened their doors to the public on Saturday 26th September 2026. Throughout the day, visitors were invited to celebrate and explore the available homes and showhomes, designed expertly and thoughtfully to suit a variety of buyers across the Barton-le-Clay community.
Sales executives were on hand during the event to give expert guidance to potential buyers on purchasing a new-build, and visitors could also enjoy a variety of refreshments, pastries, and pizzas from local coffee and pizza vans, Really Awesome Coffee and Dough with the Flow.
The Vista and Clayridge Park at Barton Grange will bring 500 homes to the Barton-le-Clay area, with a selection of bungalows and 30% of the available homes designated to affordable housing. Once completed, The Vista at Barton Grange is set to bring a new care facility to the area, and Clayridge Park at Barton Grange will feature a new primary school.
