The all-new Hyundai IONIQ 3 compact electric Aero Hatch is now available to order in the UK with customers able to take advantage of the £3,750 Electric Car Grant. Available with 42kWh and 61kWh batteries, the IONIQ 3 offers stand out design, cutting edge technology, rapid charging and up to 308 miles of range.
After the £3,750 Electric Car Grant is applied, pricing starts at £18,495 OTR for the Advance 42kWh and £21,995 OTR for the Advance 61kWh. The range extends to £28,195 OTR for the IONIQ 3 N Line Evo. IONIQ 3 now joins Hyundai KONA Electric in being eligible for the full UK Electric Car Grant.
Customers who previously reserved a Hyundai IONIQ 3 can now convert their reservation into a full order and receive the £3,750 Electric Car Grant instead of the previous £1,500 Hyundai Reservation Saving.
The Hyundai IONIQ 3 is also available through Hyundai Finance from £355 per month for the Advance 61kWh, with a £355 customer deposit over 48 months, at 8.9% APR representative.
Ashley Andrew, President, Hyundai Motor UK, said: “The response to IONIQ 3 has been extraordinary, with more customers registering their interest before launch than for any new Hyundai we’ve introduced in the UK. Securing the full £3,750 Electric Car Grant across every version means we can now turn that interest into orders at a price that puts a genuinely spacious, long-range electric car within reach of far more drivers. With cars arriving in our retailers this month, we’re expecting its popularity to continue as more potential buyers manage to get behind the wheel.”
The all-new Hyundai IONIQ 3 is a five-seat compact electric car with an ‘Aero Hatch’ silhouette shaped by Hyundai’s ‘Art of Steel’ design philosophy. It has a drag coefficient of 0.263 and a 441-litre boot. The 61kWh IONIQ 3 offers a class-leading driving range of up to 308 miles, with DC Rapid Charging. IONIQ 3 is also the first Hyundai model developed for Europe to feature the new Pleos Connect infotainment system, based on Android Automotive OS. Hyundai SmartSense driver assistance technology is fitted as standard.
Hyundai IONIQ 3 Ultimate adds Matrix LED headlights, Highway Driving Assist 2, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. The range-topping IONIQ 3 N Line Evo combines N Line exterior styling and 19-inch alloy wheels with a 14.6-inch infotainment display, Surround View Monitor, Blind View Monitor and Memory Reverse Assist.
The all-new Hyundai IONIQ 3 is available to order now from Hyundai retailers across the UK. Full specifications and grant-inclusive pricing are available on the Hyundai UK configurator at www.hyundai.co.uk.
